“Get-to-Know”

session

free

The first session is a “Get-to-Know” session for both you and your counsellor, lasting 20 minutes and held via Zoom or telephone.

You will get a sense of how your counsellor works and you are welcome to ask any questions. You will be asked what brings you to counselling and about the issues you want to work on. You will be asked questions about your personal circumstances for the counsellor to make sure they are the right person to help you.

The session will also help you to decide whether or not to proceed with the next (paid) counselling session, which could be in-person, online or a blend of these.
